1. App Usage
FitFemme is intended to support wellness, fitness, and the organization of personal routines. The recommendations in the app do not replace medical advice or consultation with a specialist.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials safe and for the activity carried out through your account.
3. Subscriptions and premium access
Some features may require an active subscription. Commercial terms, prices, and billing periods are clearly shown in the app before purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in your iTunes/App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. The price of subscriptions, billing duration, and any introductory or trial period are displayed in the app before you confirm the purchase.
4. Content and recommendations
Plans, recommendations, and motivational messages are provided to support your progress. Results may vary depending on lifestyle, consistency, and state of health. FitFemme does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Permitted behavior
It is forbidden to use the application for fraudulent or abusive activities, or activities that affect the security of the service or the experience of other users.
